December 13-15, 2011, Managing Director Lu Bo called on members of Consultation Committee respectively, updated them on the progress of the foundation's programs and asked for their professional opinions. 

The Consultation Committee was recently established in August 2011. It comprised of Prof Tan Thiam Soon (Vice-Provost and Professor with the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, National University of Singapore), Prof Heng Chye Kiang (Dean, School of Design and Environment, NUS) and Prof Ng Wun Jern (Executive Director, Nanyang Environment and Water Research Institute, Nanyang Technological University). Consultation committee will provide guidance and support in developing and improving WFF’s programs, and evaluate the program outcomes as well as sharing best practices, ensuring that they are consistent with WFF's objective. After Mr Lu's introduction, all committee members better understood the foundation's programs and expressed their confidence with the foundation's future development.

Additionally, Lu Bo extended an invitation to the upcoming Vertical City Asia exhibition to be held in February 2012 at Urban Redevelopment Authority, Singapore.
