Lu Bo,   Managing Director

Mr. Lu Bo is the Managing Director of World Future Foundation Ltd. (WFF), a charitable foundation registered in Singapore. He has been devoted to resolve social and environmental problems by intergrating the ideals of philanthropy, power of wealth, and technological innovations. He was fully involved in the establishment of WFF, and since September 1st, 2008, he has been in the current position of handling the Foundation's daily operations.

Lu Bo was involved in international trade between 1992 and 1996. From 1997 to 2008, he worked with several international non-profit organizations, including Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Boao Forum for Asia, and the US-China Business Council. Over the years, he has accumulated extensive experience in non-profit sector and international affairs.

Born in Beijing in 1970, Lu Bo obtained both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Economics in China. As a Ford Foundation Scholar, he is currently pursuing his doctoral degree at Beijing Normal University. He is among China's first PhD candidates in non-profit management. In October 2011, Lu Bo was a visiting scholar to the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University, US.


Bernard Oh Wai Nam (Berno),  Program Officer

Berno joined the World Future Foundation (WFF) as a program officer in November 2011. 

Main research interests include: the development of public private partnership and China’s political and economic development. 

Prior to joining WFF, Berno was part of the External Relations team at Microsoft Research Asia. In a career that spanned between Sydney, Singapore and Beijing, he developed extensive experience working with researchers, senior faculty and government officials to develop meaningful public private partnerships to foster technological innovations and research talent development. 

Berno holds a Master in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, and a Bachelor of Computing (Hons) from Monash University.


Wang Tingting,   Executive Assistant

Wang Tingting Joined the World Future Foundation in January, 2012, as the executive assistant of the Beijing office.

Graduated in 2008, Tingting holds a Bachelor degree in Business from Griffith University, Australia. She worked in a joint venture company , as translator/interpreter, administration manager and assistant of the CEO successively. Mainly accompanying people in charge attending foreign business meetings, and make sure the basic operation of the company was run in an orderly manner. She wishes to devote her future in commonweal career.


Zeng Wei,  Intern

Born in 1986, Zeng Wei is currently pursuing his Master in Social Work at Renmin University of China. His primary research interest is in gerontology.He started his internship here in WFF Beijing office during July, 2011.
